Refund policy

Exchange Policy:
We do allow store credit in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We must be contacted within 2 business days of you receiving your item(s) & the item(s) must be sent back to us via USPS with tracking within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned with tags (if it applies), in new condition. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to process and your store credit to be available on your customer account. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and will not be refunded.
You will need to return the item(s) to the return address on your package.
We do have items that cannot be returned for sanitary purposes: Wigs, hair accessories, earrings, undergarments (including bralettes), masks, body suits, &  bathing suits.
Cancellations:
Orders may not be canceled after the order has been placed. If there was a mistake while ordering you may reach out to our customer service department within 2 hours of your purchase at thecandidfam@gmail.com and your order may be switched to the correct item/size, but you will not be refunded.
Shipping Policy:
Your shipping label is copied from our invoicing module at checkout. This enables the buyer/seller protection. Please make sure your address is inputted correctly when you pay your invoice when checking out. In the event your address is not updated and your package is delivered to an outdated address, it is the clients responsibility to file a claim with USPS. 
Shipping Time Frame:
Refunds will not be issued for extended shipping times. Orders range between 7-14 business days for processing + shipping. As we grow and expand these times may get shorter. We appreciate your patience!

CLB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is picked up and inputted into the USPS tracking system, it legally becomes the responsibility of the postal service. If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package it is the customer's responsibility  to reach out to their local USPS office and file a claim with them.

Undergarments, accessories, bodysuits, and wigs are FINAL SALE.

Here at CLB we are doing our part to keep our team, our customers & our community safe. Please note during these times we anticipate our response time may be a little longer than normal but rest assured we will take care of you. We appreciate your patience as we are all in this together.
Please expect a delay on all shipments. WHY? CLB is independently ran and although we do have some stock locally in SC, our large warehouses are currently located in Northern CA & NYC where, per their Governors, only “essential” businesses are allowed to operate at full capacity. They are running minimal business operations out of the warehouse and exercising all precautions necessary to keep everyone safe. While your order will take longer to ship than usual, know that our team is working as fast as we can to process your shipment and that we  appreciate your patience and understanding as you wait for your delivery.

Please note that we are working as hard as we possibly can to keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

We will be splitting up some orders to ship the items that we can quicker.
