SHIPPING| We ship via USPS or UPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item(s) ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Most items will ship within 7-14 business days, some may ship much sooner! We cannot issue refunds due to extended shipping times.
We proudly support other small business as much as possible, which means our goal will never be to compete with "fast fashion" boutiques or Amazon Prime shipping time frames.
Our goal will continue to be helping as many small businesses as possible, helping moms (and dads) to stay home with their children, or to be able to achieve financial security, which is growing in importance during this trying time.

BACKORDERS| Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. If you happen to order an item that is placed on backorder, we promise to get it to you asap. We know when you love something, you shift into OMG-Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. We heart your patience and excitement and we promise it will be in your hands and on your body as quickly as we can get it to you!We are growing and expanding every single day, and as we do so this entire process will be much quicker!
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our shoppers, CLB reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, CLB reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
- Any previous chargeback behavior
- Unlawful promo codes used
Similarly, CLB reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
